No. Buy 600 credits for $9.90, 1,600 for $19.90, or 5,000 for $49.90 with a one-time payment. New credit packs never expire and do not renew automatically. Existing subscribers can also buy these packs without changing their subscription.
Each job uses credits based on your video’s length, output resolution, selected engine, and frame rate. Video2X uses 120 credits per minute at 720p, 180 at 1080p, 240 at 2K and 320 at 4K. Topaz Enhance uses 130 credits per minute at 720p, 200 at 1080p and 800 at 4K up to 30 fps, and twice that for 31–60 fps; long Topaz Enhance videos can cost more. Use the credit estimator above for an estimate. You see the exact credit cost before you start. Both engines and all supported resolutions are available with every credit pack.
New credit packs never expire. Credit validity does not change video storage: completed videos remain available for 30 days unless you delete them earlier.
There is no free trial or sign-up bonus for Pro. To try AI upscaling first, the free video upscaler runs on your own computer and upscales 2× (1080p to 4K). For Pro, you can start with a one-time $9.90 pack of 600 credits. The credits never expire, and no subscription is required.
No setup fees, no overage charges, no surprise add-ons. The final amount is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay. Depending on where you live, taxes may apply, and your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. If you have any billing questions, contact support@aiupscaler.video and we'll sort it out.
Your remaining credits always show in the top-right corner of every page. Hover over the credits indicator for your current plan, plus a 'View Usage' link (Settings → Credits) where you'll find your full credit history and what each upscale cost.
All plans and credit packs allow commercial use of your upscaled videos, as long as you own the original video or your license for it covers that commercial use — use them in ads, social media, client deliverables, presentations, and websites without additional licensing fees from us. Upscaling does not give you rights to third-party material in your video. Every upscaled video downloads as a clean MP4 with no watermark, regardless of plan.

New subscriptions are no longer offered. Existing subscriptions keep their current price and billing schedule. Existing Stripe and PayPal subscriptions continue through their original payment provider. For existing Basic subscriptions, the monthly credit allowance increases to 1,600 after the next successful renewal payment. Existing subscription credits remain valid for one month; annual subscriptions continue to receive credits monthly. Previously purchased packs keep the expiration date recorded when you bought them. Open My Account → My Orders to change your plan or manage your subscription. Stripe subscriptions open the Stripe portal; PayPal subscriptions open PayPal. Canceling stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
