New credit-pack purchases are processed by Stripe. You can pay with major credit and debit cards. New subscriptions are no longer offered. Existing Stripe and PayPal subscriptions continue through their original payment provider. All prices are listed in USD.
No. Buy 600 credits for $9.90, 1,600 for $19.90, or 5,000 for $49.90 with a one-time payment. New credit packs never expire and do not renew automatically. Existing subscribers can also buy these packs without changing their subscription.
Each job uses credits based on your video’s length, output resolution, selected engine, and frame rate. You see the exact credit cost before you start. Both engines and all supported resolutions are available with every credit pack.
Existing subscriptions keep their current price and billing schedule. For existing Basic subscriptions, the monthly credit allowance increases to 1,600 after the next successful renewal payment. Open My Account → My Orders to change your plan or manage your subscription. Stripe subscriptions open the Stripe portal; PayPal subscriptions open PayPal. Canceling stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
New credit packs never expire. Previously purchased packs keep the expiration date recorded when you bought them. Existing subscription credits remain valid for one month; annual subscriptions continue to receive credits monthly. Credit validity does not change video storage: completed videos remain available for 30 days unless you delete them earlier.
There is no free trial or sign-up bonus. You can start with a one-time $9.90 pack of 600 credits. The credits never expire, and no subscription is required.

Your remaining credits always show in the top-right corner of every page. Hover over the credits indicator for your current plan, plus a 'View Usage' link (Settings → Credits) where you'll find your full credit history and what each upscale cost.
All plans and credit packs include full commercial usage rights — use videos in ads, social media, client deliverables, presentations, and websites without additional licensing fees. Every upscaled video downloads as a clean MP4 with no watermark, regardless of plan.
